Creating new initiatives

Shiju has been very proactive and supportive in helping us build our International Hotels business at Yatra. He’s well versed with the online travel space and has created several new initiatives to help us grow the business – and has also been very instrumental in supporting resolution of CS issues, while creating new processes or systems to address issues at the source.
